The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pak288 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify pak288 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access or suspected breach of your Account.
pak288 operates a Know Your Customer process in accordance with its compliance obligations. Users will be required to submit identity and address verification documentation before withdrawals are processed. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request may result in the request being held pending until verification is complete.
All deposits on pak288 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified within the cashier section of the Platform and may vary by payment method. Deposits must be made from payment sources registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawal requests are processed once KYC verification has been completed and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been satisfied. pak288 processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. pak288 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit or withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, a breach of these Terms, or where the transaction is flagged by our compliance systems. Where a transaction is reversed, the funds will be returned to the originating payment source to the extent technically possible.
All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it is binding. pak288 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including, but not limited to, obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, or where the result of an event has been affected by corruption or match-fixing.
pak288 offers betting markets on cricket — including PSL, ICC tournaments, Test series and domestic T20 competitions involving Pakistan — as well as football, UFC, kabaddi and other sports. Market availability, bet types and maximum stake limits vary by event and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
In-play betting markets are subject to suspension and closure at the Platform's discretion. Odds offered during live betting reflect rapidly changing in-game conditions. pak288 accepts no liability for delays between on-screen odds display and actual acceptance, provided such delays are within technically reasonable tolerances.
Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the User's Account balance in full. Voided bets do not count towards any wagering requirement applicable to bonus funds.
Maximum payout limits apply per event, per market type and per User per day. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market. pak288 reserves the right to limit stake amounts for individual Users at its discretion, without being required to provide reasons.
All bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers and other promotional credits offered by pak288 are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time of each promotion. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions and expiry period are stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in the bonus funds and associated winnings being removed from the Account.
New Account Holders may be eligible for a welcome bonus upon making their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus amount, minimum deposit threshold, wagering requirement and eligible markets are stated on the promotions page at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available once per household, device and IP address.
pak288 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and void associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse. Conduct constituting bonus abuse includes: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; placing low-risk or opposing bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements; and coordinating with other Users to exploit promotional structures.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pak288. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, closure of all associated Accounts, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak288 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This Platform does not claim to be licensed, approved or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, the State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani provincial authority. Pakistani users access this Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable local law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.
pak288 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, users will be notified via a prominent notice on the Platform and/or by email to the address registered on the Account. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
